1.  Increases the risk of heart disease

2.  Cause sleep disorder
Rays emitted from the television has a bad influence and can reduce brain levels of melatonin.  This is what affects the body's natural rhythm that makes you awake longer and caused extreme fatigue.

3.  Increase the risk of diabetes
A study published in the journal American Medical Association showed that the risk of diabetes increased 14 percent setaip every watch for two hours in a day.  Another study reported in the journal lipids found that men who watch for 40 hours per week tend to get three times the risk of type 2 diabetes.  Increased risk of diabetes due to more snacking habits while watching.

4.  Reduced social interaction
Watching television is too often can reduce the social interaction of friends, families and robs children share ideas and feelings with others.  This could lead to a variety of social phobia.

5.  Impaired vision
Watch TV too much is not good for the eyes, especially when watching TV in a dark room.  The focus of the eye is too long on any object can cause eye strain.
